Performer Information
Open to individuals and groups aged 16 or above. 30 and 60 minute times lots available on the events timetable. Performances are typically for the main stage such as dances, music acts, talks by voice actors. A microphone, projector and speakers are provided. Performers get free entry to the event.
Performances may be denied if they are deemed unsafe, examples include indoor fire breathing. Specialist equipment such as band equipment (including drum kits) are not available, so you will need to provide your own.
Panelist Information
A panel is a talk (presentation or interactive activity) to a smaller audience. These are typically held in the talks & panels room. Time slots of 30 and 60 minutes are available. Larger conventions such as London have a second stage where panels are sometimes held. A projector, laptop and microphone are available. Please bring your own content such as a powerpoint presentation.
Note that you need to be aged 16+ to be a panelist and gain free entry. Under 16s can apply to a fan-panelist with parental permission. Note that fan-panelists are required to pay for their entry to the event, as well as being accompanied by a paying adult at all times (a parent or guardian aged 18+).
